1. By participating in the Promotion, Participants (defined below) are bound by these Terms and Conditions and agree to participate in the manner specified in these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, you are not authorised to participate in the promotion in any manner.

2.Participants may not participate in the Promotion where doing so would be prohibited by any applicable law or regulation

3. Participants are required to comply with the Company’s anti-money laundering and other compliance procedures.

4. These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between Participants and the Company concerning Participants. The failure of the Company to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. A person who is not a party to these Terms and Conditions shall have no right to enforce or receive the benefit of any of these Terms and Conditions.

5. The Promotion is open to all individuals (Not businesses) who send money through DT&T during the Promotion Period.

6. Participants must be at least 18 years old and comply with the applicable laws and regulations of their respective country.

7. DT&T debit card transactions are not eligible for this promotion.

8. Participants automatically enter the Promotion with each completed money transfer made during the Promotion Period.

9. Cancelled or incomplete transactions will not be entered.

10. There is no limit to the number of entries a participant can earn.

11. Ten (10) winners will be randomly selected from the pool of participants.

12. Each winner will receive an amount equivalent to the money transferred (up to £2,000) during the Promotion Period.

13. Winners will be randomly selected from eligible participants and announced by the seventh (7) day of the next month.

14. Winners will be notified via email or phone within five (5) business days after the draw date.

15. If a winner cannot be reached or does not respond within seven (7) days of notification, an alternative winner may be selected.

16. Prize amounts will be transferred to the winner’s DT&T account within 30 days of winner confirmation.

17. Prize amounts are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of credit.

18. The Company reserves the right to amend or terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notice.

19. The Company’s decision regarding winners and prize distribution is final and binding.

20. Participants agree to allow the Company to use their name and likeness for promotional and advertising purposes without additional compensation.

21. All personal information collected during this Promotion will be handled in accordance with the Company’s Privacy Policy.

22. The Company is not liable for any lost, late, or incomplete entries or any technical issues that may affect participation.

23. The Company is not responsible for any taxes or fees associated with the prize.

The Company reserves the right to disqualify any Participant and/or cancel any reward(s) if they find a Participant to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion or violating these Terms and Conditions. The Company may prohibit a Participant from participating in the Promotion or receiving a reward, if in the Company’s sole discretion, it is determined that such Participant is attempting to undermine the fairness, integrity or legitimate operation of the Promotion in any way.

26. IN NO EVENT SHALL DT&T, ITS GROUP COMPANIES, LICENSORS, OR SERVICE PROVIDER BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE AND/OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, EVEN IF DT&T HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. DT&T’S MAXIMUM AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO PARTICIPANT AND ANY THIRD PARTY UNDER ANY AND ALL CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL BE THE THEN-CURRENT GBP VALUE OF ONE (1) REWARD. PARTICIPANT RECOGNISES AND ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THIS LIMITATION OF DAMAGES IS FAIR AND REASONABLE.

27. DT&T DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS AND IMPLIED, (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND/OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE). DT&T MAKES NO REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY WITH RESPECT TO ANY RESULTS OBTAINABLE THROUGH THE PROMOTION.

28. Any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or related to the Promotion or any reward shall be resolved under the laws of England and Wales. Participants expressly consent and agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales in relation to all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Promotion.
