This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a keen interest in finance and/or the financial markets to work at one of the most innovative and fastest growing foreign exchange companies in the UK. You’ll be passionate about providing a first class experience for DT&T clients and pride yourself in being a real ambassador for the brand, including selling the benefits of using DT&T to registered clients. Coupled with your ability to create happy DT&T customers who will go on to recommend us, you’ll also have an exceptional eye for detail to ensure our trades are compliant and settled on time.

The candidate will be responsible for:

  •  Maintaining records
  •  Setting up outgoing international payments (SEPA, SWIFT & Faster pays) via our internal system
  • Corresponding with our various Banking Institutions
  • Payment investigations through our various platforms
  • Liaising with other departments
  • Working to daily deadlines

 

Skills and experience required:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent numeracy and organisational skills
  • Team player
  • Experience of a similar role is essential
  • Experience with the SWIFT network would also be desirable but not essential
  • The ability to understand regulatory processes
  • Computer literacy and ability to use Microsoft suite
  • You should be proactive, organised and efficient - able to work well under pressure
  • Polite and professional manner
  • Articulate, enthusiastic and friendly
  • Ability to self-motivate
  • Any degree subjects

This role is suited to enthusiastic individuals with excellent communication skills and strong customer service focus. Coupled with your ability to create happy DT&T customers who will go on to recommend us, you’ll also have an exceptional eye for detail to ensure our trades are compliant.

As the first point of contact for all of our new clients, you’ll be:

• Liaising efficiently with DT&T customers over phone, email and face to face in a positive and friendly manner
• Understanding fully the on-boarding process so you can explain this coherently to clients
• Explaining the benefits of DT&T services, if required by registered customers
• Gathering the relevant documents for clients to complete their registration and making this process as convenient and hassle free as possible
• As a brand ambassador, creating a positive experience for our customers so that they continue to trade through DT&T as well as recommend us
• Perform Know Your Customer (KYC) due diligence
• Ensuring all client data on the system is accurate
• Making Outbound sales calls

Qualification and experience requirements

• Previous experience within a sales or customer services role is highly beneficial
• A true brand ambassador; able promote the benefits of DT&T to our customers
• Excellent communication skills including telephone manner
• Outbound call experience
• Extremely accurate with excellent attention to detail
• The ability to understand regulatory processes
• Computer literacy and ability to use Microsoft suite
• You should be proactive, organised and efficient - able to work well under pressure
• Polite and professional manner
• Articulate, enthusiastic and friendly
• Ability to self-motivate
• Any degree subjects

Salary: £18,000.00 /year
